Our top priority is the health and well-being of our staff and customers, so have implemented a method to help us fulfil your orders by maintaining social distancing and PEE guidelines. What does this mean for you?
Processing and delivery time may be delayed. Generally, processing times are within 3-5 business days* and delivery time is between 10-17 business days, although currently, those times may vary due to the issues related to COVID-19 and government regulations. We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we anticipate any issues with fulfilling your order.
Shipping and handling
No matter what you buy, we will deliver to you free of charge on Standard delivery wherever you are in the world, which should approximately be 10-17 business days. Although this can vary due to the COVID-19 circumstances and other reasons. We also offer Express shipping through our partnership, where we aim to deliver between 3-12 days. You will be provided with a tracking number with each item to help you track your products at all time.
The delivery estimates are not a guarantee of delivery dates. We are happy to provide you refund on Express shipping cost if the item is not received within 12 days once dispatched. Delaying conditions in your country, such as a pandemic, postal strikes, severe weather may lead to delays in delivery and under these circumstances, the shipping cost will not be refunded. Please allow up to 4 - 5 weeks for delivery, even though with the majority of orders arriving within 10-17 business days (not including handling time).
