Return policy

You can return the unused and packed products you have ordered within 15 days of the date of receipt. Please note that used products cannot be returned. To return the unused goods, please email us at We will walk you through the process until completion. Even though the company offer free delivery worldwide to Roze Customers, however, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product at their own cost.
Special notes: Product should not have been used and the packaging should not have tampered in any way.

Refund Policy

Refund is processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which ROZE London receives return goods. All items purchased made on sale, using discount codes or gift cards are FINAL and no return or exchange can be made on these items unless received damaged, defective or the wrong item(s). Packages returned for ANY reasons by the postal service will NOT be reimbursed for any shipping costs. ROZE London does not have control over extra postage fees as they vary in each country.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

At ROZE London, we make the best effort to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected by our staff at the warehouse. In case If a damaged or defective item has been delivered to you then, please contact us with evidence at within 5 business days of delivery. The damaged or defective items must be returned unused and in new condition. If damaged items are received due to rough delivery, ROZE London is not liable for these damages, and claims need to be made with the carrier company. In the case of a manufacturer defective or wrong item sent to you, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Manufacturer Defect Item/Making a Claim

  • “Manufacturer Defect” is defined as fragility or shortcoming in a product
  • Notify ROZE London about the defective or wrong item within 5 business days of delivery
  • Email us at with the order number, contact information and defective item
  • Submit a photo/video of the defective item and describe the damage that has occurred. Damages without accompanying documentation are not accepted
  • Please keep the shipment packaging in case of inspection by the shipping company
  • Once we have received the claim from you, along with the product images/videos, our customer representative will contact you with 3 working days
