Returns & Refund

WILL I BE REFUNDED SHIPPING CHARGES?
Roze London will not refund shipping charges, please allow up 15 business days to process the refund. We reserve the right to deny a refund for items that do not meet the return policy requirements. If you require further assistance, please contact us at info@rozelondon.com.
 
HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?
You can message us at info@rozelondon.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please include your order number, contact information and defective item to help speed up the process.
 
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
When returning an item to our warehouse, please allow up to 15 days for our warehouse to receive and process your refund. You will receive an email notification letting you know your refund has been processed.
 
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
We love the products we offer, but if something just isn’t for you, we will happily refund any unopened items within 15 days. To return the unused goods, please email us at sales@rozelondon.com and we will walk you through the process.

We currently only allow one discount per order, if you have another discount code that you would like to use, please feel free to use it towards future purchase.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

WRONG ITEM SENT OR SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
Please contact us on sales@rozelondon.com and include your order number. One of the customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.
 
WHAT IF AN ITEM ARRIVED BROKEN OR DAMAGED?
At ROZE London, we make the best effort to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected by our staff at the warehouse. In case If a damaged or defective item has been delivered to you then, please contact us with evidence at sales@rozelondon.com within 5 business days of delivery. The damaged or defective items must be returned unused and in new condition. If damaged items are received due to rough delivery, ROZE London is not liable for these damages, and claims need to be made with the carrier company. In the case of a manufacturer defective or wrong item sent to you, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

HOW DOES COVID-19 EFFECT MY SHIPPING TMIE?
Processing and delivery time may be delayed. Generally, processing times are within 3-5 business days* and delivery time is between 10-20 business days, although currently, those times may vary due to the issues related to COVID-19 and government regulations. We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we anticipate any issues with fulfilling your order. Note: Please allow up to 4 - 5 weeks for delivery, even though with the majority of orders arriving within 7-17 business days. For international shipping outside the U.K, please view our full shipping policy.

 
HOW MUCH DOES DOME BEAUTY CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
All purchases made with standard delivery is free of charge, we also offer delivery insurance and express delivery on certain items. We will provide you with a tracking number for each item upon confirmation of the order.
 
WHERE DOES ROZE LONDON SHIP?
ROZE London ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and Australia. Worldwide deliveries are also available however the delivery time may extend further 2 weeks. Please contact us if you have any further questions regarding shipping worldwide.
 
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
We will provide you with a tracking number in our confirmation email. You will be able to track your deliveries through the tracking number. If you require further guidance then please contact us on info@rozelondon.com.
 
WHAT IF SOMETHING ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?
If we cannot fulfil your order completely, we will email you to let you know that your item(s) are out of stock and you will be processed refund immediately.
